A few months later I began having some side-effects. They were uncomfortable enough to need the dosage reduced.
With the decreased the dose, I felt better for a few days, but then my sugar began to climb. So, to give my body a bit more time to adjust, I started taking cinnamon. I take a few caps throughout the day and it has worked to significantly lower my blood sugars.
They aren’t low enough, but an additional organic help will arrive soon and I’m praying that between the two, I’ll have my sugar level back in a healthy range, without having to go on insulin and with no nasty side-effects.
So, there’s my info for any of you who have considered adding cinnamon to your FarmaCOPEia handbook.
My absolute best medicine is the Lord Jesus Christ, and prayer. He always listens and always helps in the way that's the absolute best for us, although it may not always seem so from our perspective.
For some things, He’s the only medicine that works at all.
I’m good with that.
